How do I create a PinPoint account?

You can create your account here: https://bookmyrtle.pinpointindoor.com/users/sign_up

Reservations can be made by navigating to the following website and clicking “Book Now”: https://bookmyrtle.pinpointindoor.com

  • Members: Up to 7 days in advance
  • Non-members: Up to 5 days in advance

Cancellation Policy

Members can cancel up to 3 hours before their reservation. Refunds are issued as club credit unless otherwise requested.

Non-members must cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are issued as club credit unless otherwise requested.


Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full reservation fee.

Pickleball Court Reservations

Only the person making the reservation needs to be listed.

No — additional players do not need to be added during the booking process. However, all players MUST create an account prior to playing.

All players must check in at the front desk before playing. This ensures everyone has an account and a signed waiver.

For members, courts are $40 per hour per court, regardless of how many people are playing. For non-members, courts are $50 per hour.

Reservations are charged to one account. If you’d like to split the cost, you can do so among your group separately

  • Each member is allowed up to 2 full hours of court reservation time each day subject to availability. You will be able to reserve courts 7 days in advance.
  • In the instance that there are courts still available when your reservation ends and you’d like to extend it, please come to the front desk and request additional time. We can extend a reservation one hour at a time, pending availability.

Golf Bay Reservations

Only the name of the person booking the reservation needs to be on the reservation. Guests of members will be added at check-in

Yes — guests joining a member will be charged a $10 guest fee per person at check-in.

Yes — all guests must have a Pin Point account and a signed waiver before playing.

Payments

Yes — you can add a credit card to your account for faster checkout during booking and check-in.

Yes — members can pay with cash for court reservations, golf bays, and other programs or events.

How can I reserve a court or golf simulator?
All users can log into our PlayByPoint portal here or on the PlayByPoint app to make reservations. There is a button titled “Book Now” that you can select and choose your desired sport to make a reservation.
Similar to booking courts, users can log into our PlayByPoint portal here or on the PlayByPoint app to sign up for open play or an event. There is a menu button titled “Programs” that you can choose, and then find your desired open play session, clinic, league, or event you’d like to register for.
  • There is no fee for cancellation of a membership.
  • Monthly memberships: You can cancel your plan at any time prior to each billing cycle, and your membership will remain active until the end of that billing cycle. We will not offer refunds for the remaining part of the billing cycle after you cancel.
  • Annual memberships: Please refer to the Terms and Conditions → Subscriptions → Customers Right to Cancel
  • Each member is entitled to 2 full hours of court reservation time each day subject to availability. You will be able to reserve courts 7 days in advance.
  • If you and another member play on the same court reservation for two hours, you have each used your two hours of complimentary reserved court time.
  • In the instance that there are courts still available when your reservation ends and you’d like to extend it, please come to the front desk and request additional time. We can extend a reservation one hour at a time, pending availability.
  • We not generally accept membership holds.
  • Please reach out to our team via info@pinpointindoor.com for extenuating circumstances to request a membership hold.
